Caravans
Sun Haven Valley's well
appointed holiday caravans sit on the sloping side
of the valley, affording great views of both the surrounding
countryside and the large open central lawns left
free for family games & for the children to play on.
Inspected each year by "Visit Britian" (the national
grading authority) we are pleased to say that the
caravans on our five star park have a continuous record
of receiving the "Rose Award" for their quality.

Features of All Lodges & Caravans
All our accommodation
is fully furnished with an equipped kitchen (with
oven, gas hob, fridge, & microwave, pots, pans
cutlery etc,) a dining area, a lounge with gas fire,
& TV; a bathroom/shower, an outside picnic bench
& a rotary clothes-line.
Each caravan has a DVD player and a 7 or 8 channel
digital quality TV plus an outdoor picnic bench and
an area in which to sit and soak up the peace & quiet.
We hold a stock of loan barbecues to save you bringing
your own.

of our accommodation.
Gas & electric is included in all the caravans
& gas in all the Lodges. Pillows & duvets
(&/or blankets) & are provided to all units
and bed linen (Sheets; pillowcases & duvet covers)
can be hired - which includes us making the beds ready
for your arrival. Children of all ages are included
in maximum occpancy if they require a cot or a bed
UNLESS specifically agreed before booking.
From May to September our campsite's spacious, heated,
five-star winning shower block is usually open and
is available for use by all holiday-makers.
Please note that smoking
is not permitted in any of the accommodation & dogs
are not allowed in any caravan unless pre-booked in
the specified accommodation,
The Lodges & Caravans
We have a range of Lodges
& Caravans & to suit all tastes from 2 bedrooms Caravans
in a basic 28ftx10 , up to the spacious luxury of
a double glazed, centrally heated 32x12ft van with
an en-suite bathroom; we have 35x12ft 3 bedroom caravans
for the family or the "double sized" 35x21ft Lodges.
We are always ready on the phone to help you choose,
but below we outline some of the main differences
which will help you choose.
Lodges
OPEN 12 months a year.
These double-sized centrally heated, double glazed
units have 2 or 3 bedrooms with fitted kitchen,
lounge with TV & DVD player, separate dining
area and bathroom. Each sleeps 4 people (one Lodge
takes 5) in full size double & single beds.
Duvets & pillows only (linen extra). Each unit
is detached and stands in its own garden with outdoor
seating area. There are gas or electric fires in
the lounge. Gas is included. (Electricity by meter).
Manor Lodge Caravan
Top of the range luxury
caravan. Double-glazing & centrally controlled
heating with 1 double bedroom with en-suite toilet
facility and 1 twin bedroom. All bedding included,
tiled roof and patio doors to lounge area. Sleeps
a maximum of 4 adults (35' x 12').
"Summer Six" Holiday Caravans
3 bedrooms, sleeps a maximum
of 6 people,
1 double & 2 twin-bedroomed
caravans heated by individual wall-mounted, electric
panel heaters. (35’ x 12’)
"Summer Four" Holiday Caravans
Deluxe 2 bedroomed caravan
sleeping a maximum of 4 people (some units have
bunks for under 7's).
Deluxe caravans with electric
panel heating. 1 double and 1 twin bedroom. (28ft
x 12ft)
"Luxury Two" Holiday
Caravan
Double-glazed, central heated
caravan and 2 bedrooms sleeping a maximum of 4 people.
Luxurious & spacious
caravan with 1 double (en-suite) and 1 twin bedroom.

3 bedroom, sleeps maximum
6 people.
1 double & 2 twin-bedroomed
caravans fitted to a high standard. Heating by individual

"Valley" Holiday Caravans
2 Bedroom Caravan sleeps
a maximum of 6 people by use of a lounge bed
1 double & 1 twin bedroomed
caravan with a lounge bed.Pets allowed in some.

"Meadowview" Holiday
Caravans
2 Bedroom Caravan sleeps
a maximum of 6 people by use of a lounge bed ( pets
allowed )
1 double & 1 twin bedroomed
caravan, some with child bunk for under 7's in 2nd
bedroom. These have doule glazing and, from September
to May, central heating.(32ft x 12ft)
Pet Friendly Units
There are limited numbers
of Pet Friendly Units - being the Family 6, the
Valley & the MEadowview caravans. Generally a maximum
of 2 pets are allowed, except during Whitsun Week
& during all of July and August when we usually
restrict this to one.
Extra Options
• Cots £10.00
per week.
• High chair £10.00 per week.
• Bed Guard £5.00 per week.
• Dogs/Cats £see tariff table (No charge
for assistance dog).
• Second car £25 / week in high season.
Bed Linen
Whilst duvets & pillows are
included in all units we can also supply bed linen
- bottom sheet, duvet cover & pillow slips - including
making the beds for your arrival. This £12.50 for
a double bed & £9 for a single
